Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT)
If you have a complaint about a delay, denied boarding or cancellation of your flight, you can report it to the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT). They will evaluate your complaint and examine whether the airline violated any European regulations.
The Legal Aid and Advice Centre
The Legal Aid and Advice Centre assists you with information and initial advice about your case. You will get information about your rights and duties pertaining to buying and money, work, living, benefits, family, legal aid and mediation. Together with you, they will examine the core of the matter.
