We are part of an international network that works together to support consumers with problems related to purchases, bookings or services made abroad. For issues with a purchase or trip in the United Kingdom, we work closely with the UK International Consumer Centre. Thanks to this strong network, we can offer you free, fast and expert help when dealing with a business based in another country.
