The ECC is receiving questions and complaints regarding unsolicited shipments of the performance enhancement product Horsepowerplus, originating from Aliaz Cooperation in Estonia. Consumers indicate that they received parcels with invoices for which they did not conclude any purchase contract.

Unsolicited shipments

If you receive products that you have not ordered or requested, this concerns an unsolicited shipment. This is illegal. The company cannot impose any obligation on you to pay for the unsolicited shipment if you are certain that you did not order the concerned item. If the company is of the opinion that there is an agreement with you and that you gave permission for the shipment, the company has the burden of proof.

Our advice

If you are certain that you have not placed any order and that no purchase contract was concluded, we advise not to make the payment. Not even if the company threatens you with reminders and collection agencies. Do not be intimidated!

Please send an email to @email and @email in which you explain that you have not placed any order and that you therefore refuse to pay.

If you have received a product that you did not order or request, you may keep it. If you prefer to return the product, please contact the sender. The shipping charges to return the product are charged to the company.

Submitting a complaint to ECC

If you followed our advice and you continue to receive unsolicited shipments, reminders and letters from collection agencies, please submit a complaint to the European Consumer Centre. Our legal specialists can mediate between you and this company. Free of charge.
