Unfortunately, help from the ECC is no longer possible
We kindly ask you not to file any complaints against Cleverbuy with us. Unfortunately, the European Consumer Centre (ECC) can no longer mediate for you in this case. The company has filed for bankruptcy with the German court. The judge reviewed the case and appointed a preliminary trustee. That is someone who decides on the company's debts. The ECC has no influence on this process.
Request a refund from the trustee
Have you sold a product and sent it to Cleverbuy? If the company still has to pay you, you can report to the trustee if the bankruptcy has been confirmed. The trustee now has to make an overview of the company, its debts and the remaining assets. Then, the judge will decide if the company must close permanently. Therefore, we cannot share any contact details with you yet. We will share the trustee's contact details on this page as soon as they are available.
