ECC proud of 2024 results: more consumers helped, greater impact
The ECC helped a record number of consumers in 2024, making a significant impact in the process. The team of seven dedicated lawyers helped nearly 9,000 consumers solve cross-border consumer issues, recovering a total of €1.2 million that would otherwise likely have been lost.
Consumers appreciate our help
Our customer satisfaction survey shows that this applies in particular to ECC: over 93% of consumers were satisfied or very satisfied, and nearly 90% would recommend ECC to others. This positive trend is confirmed by our average Google review score of 4.8 out of 5.
Growing visibility and reach
Not only did our services grow, but ECC also gained more online and media attention than ever before. ECC's website saw a record number of visitors and we achieved a media value of over €1 million, with 155 media mentions. 53% of Dutch-speaking respondents found us through a search engine, a figure that went up to 78% for English speakers.
