ECC Netherlands launches new website

We are excited to announce the launch of the new website of the European Consumer Centre. Our goal with this new design is to create a user-friendly browsing experience. It has not only a fresh appearance, but also offers new tools and content for an even better online service.

What's new?!

The new website is a good reflection of our services (personal and knowledgeable) and comes closer to the consumers’ needs and their online behaviour. We added new legal subjects in understandable language and also offer free sample letters (bilingual: Dutch and English). Consumers can download and easily adapt these letters to their personal situation. Furthermore, the technique of the site is renewed in such a way that it makes it easier for consumers to navigate throughout the website.

We are continuously improving our services to offer consumers the best legal help. The optimization of this website is an important part of our innovation strategy. By analysing consumers’ search behaviour and optimizing the content and technique based on data, we create a more valuable and better website for consumers. 

What’s next?!

After the release of our new website we will keep improving and further apply changes to the website. We are developing an online tool that allows consumers to submit their complaints about traders to us just within a few steps. In addition, we post weekly news articles on our website that are relevant for consumer to know.
