ECC helps a record number of consumers in 2016

More and more people know how to find their way to the European Consumer Centre (ECC). In 2016 the ECC helped out a record number of people with solving their cross-border disputes. The annual results of 2016 show this.

Customer satisfaction research

Our service is also very high valued by consumers. In the last trimester of 2016 the ECC carried out a customer satisfaction survey amongst 417 Dutch consumers. Up to 92 % rates our service from good to excellent and 95 % would recommend the ECC to others.
