Bankruptcy Whinkel B.V.
On 26 June 2018 the court of Rotterdam declared the bankruptcy of the Dutch webshop Whinkel B.V. The ECC received multiple complaints from consumers about this trader regarding non-delivery of goods that they purchased online.
