Termination of timeshare or holiday club contract during the cooling off period

Hierbij beroep ik mij op de bedenktijd van 14 dagen na ontvangst van de overeenkomst. <optie 2> REDEN ONTBINDING OVEREENKOMST <Onderbouw hier de reden van de ontbinding van de overeenkomst, zoals:> Met deze overeenkomst kocht ik het recht om gebruik te maken van een <accommodatie/vakantiewoning> in <land>. Tot op heden heb ik van u geen standaardformulier mogen ontvangen waarmee ik de overeenkomst kan ontbinden. De wet stelt dat hierdoor de bedenktijd van 14 dagen wordt verlengd naar één jaar. Hierbij beroep ik mij op het recht om te herroepen binnen de daarvoor gestelde termijn. <optie 3> REDEN ONTBINDING OVEREENKOMST <Onderbouw hier de reden van de ontbinding van de overeenkomst, zoals:> Helaas bent u de verplichtingen zoals overeengekomen in de overeenkomst niet nagekomen. Mij is ten tijde van het aangaan van de overeenkomst iets anders toegezegd dan wat u tot op heden bent nagekomen. Dat is misleiding en om die reden ontbind ik hierbij de overeenkomst.
