You can stop by if you have questions about your rights when buying from another EU country, Norway, Iceland, or the United Kingdom. This could be about:

  • Problems with your purchase, like delayed delivery, non-delivery, or a faulty product
  • Problems with your travel, such as a delayed or cancelled flight

When and where?

  • Location: Eindhoven Central Station (in the tunnel, after check-in. You will find us in the area with the ‘Eindhoven Loves You’ sign by the window)
  • Opening hours: 09:00 to 12:00
  • Dates: 22 and 29 April
  • Entry: free, no appointment needed
