If your baggage is damaged upon arrival, you should report this immediately at the airport, at the baggage service desk. Take pictures of your damaged baggage. Complete the PIR form you will be handed at the service desk. This is the receipt you can use to demonstrate that your baggage is damaged. You will need this to submit your claim to the airline. The PIR form should be attached to our template letter to claim a compensation from the airline.
